What this site collects, and what it does not.
Last updated September 6, 2026
This site belongs to Josh Hagar, a certified pharmacy technician in Nashville, Tennessee. It exists to tell you about my book and to give you a free two-page questions sheet. Here is what happens with your information, in plain language.
If you ask for the free sheet
The only thing I ask for is your email address. I use it to send you the download link and, now and then, a short note when a new printable is out or a Medicare change is worth knowing about. That is the whole list. I do not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone.
The email service that stores your address and sends the messages is MailerLite. Like most email services, it records when a message is opened and which links are clicked, and it logs the IP address you signed up from. You can read how MailerLite handles data at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you are off the list. If you would rather I delete your address entirely, email me at josh@smartpharmacyguide.com and I will do it. Same address if you want to know what I have on file for you: your email address, the date you signed up, and what MailerLite logged (opens, clicks, and the IP address you signed up from).
If you buy something
The book is sold on Amazon and the printable kits on Etsy. When you click through, you are on their sites and under their privacy policies. I never see your payment details, and I only see your name if Etsy shows it to me as the seller.
Links to Amazon on this site are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. That means Amazon knows you arrived from this site and may set its own cookies once you are on Amazon. It costs you nothing extra.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views for me without cookies and without identifying who you are; I see totals, not people.
Two outside services do get a request from your browser when the page loads:
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any host, it sees your IP address in its server logs for security and performance purposes. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser fetches them from Google's servers, which means Google sees your IP address. Google Fonts privacy information.
Links to TikTok, YouTube, and Etsy take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Children
This site is for adults managing prescriptions, their own or a parent's. It is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how your email address is used, I will say so in the next email.
